Returns and Exchange Policy

Refunds are not available. However, exchanges are. If items are destroyed in transit, you should send proof over within two days of receipt for us to process your exchange. If you prefer to exchange it for another item you must make a new purchase of similar cost. Delivery of the item and re-delivery of the new purchase will be at your own cost.

Accessories and other intimate items may not be exchanged or returned. All other items delivered for exchange should be returned neatly in their original packaging.
